What Happens After Baptism? by Eli Rojas

True growth comes from building real relationships.

From Belief to Transformation: Cultivating a Thriving Church Culture by Alan Parker

In this presentation, Alan Parker explores how church culture often emphasizes belief over genuine life transformation, leading to disengagement—especially among youth. To foster a thriving community, churches must be seen as more than a place of worship; they must become spaces of meaningful connection and growth. By implementing an intentional evangelism cycle and aligning outreach with local needs, churches can cultivate a culture of personal engagement and spiritual renewal. A vibrant evangelistic culture strengthens outreach and fosters deeper connections and lasting church membership. Watch full video here.
