Compassion - Ministry of Christ (collaboration of church ministries, schools, hospitals & other institutions)
Engagement of our Adventist students and hospital employees
Empowering well equipped lay leadership (Volunteer Lay Pastors)
Small Groups as an outreach ministry
Provide special opportunities for local church elders to baptize individuals whom they have led to Christ and will lead through discipleship (in accordance with Church Manual and with the proper authorization of the Conference President)

Objectives

What if…

…each church would conduct need assesments in their communities.

…each Pastor would be the pastor of his/her community, rather than just the pastor of the church.

…each church would partner with other organizations in the community to make a difference in peoples lives.

…each Adventist Church would observe the Compassion Weekend (every second weekend of the month) across North America.
